Casula Mall is approximately 4km from the M5 motorway and 6km from the M7, with easy access off the Hume Highway. Entrances located off both Kurrajong Road and Ingham Drive. We also have dedicated Disabled Parking and Parents with Prams car spaces close to the centre entrances.


Carpark management


Casula Mall carpark is managed by Secure Parking with a 4 hour parking limit. Our parking aims to ensure that Casula Mall customers can enjoy the convenience of more parking, more often.

All our customers are welcome to enjoy 4 hours of FREE parking. Please be aware that fines apply 

outside of the 4 hours.

Why has Casula Mall got controlled parking?

As a result of customer feedback, timed parking is now underway at the centre. This is to ensure our customers have access to a parking place each time they visit our centre.

What is the parking limit?

There is a 4 hour parking time limit.

Will I be fined for staying longer than the time limit?

Secure Parking will be patrolling our carpark and will only issue breach notices to customers who overstay the 4 hour time limit.

How much will I be fined if I receive a breach notice?

Secure Parking issue $77 breach notices to people that park more than the specified 4 hour limit. For any queries about breach notices, please contact Secure Parking Customer Service on 1800 467 241.

Will I be fined if I am parked in a disabled car space?

Disabled car space users need to display their valid Disabled Parking Permit and are not subject to the 4 hour limit. These car spaces are managed by Liverpool Council who can issue a fine for incorrect use.

Can I move my car and come back?

Each vehicle will only be allowed a 4 hour timed period within the carpark daily.

Will there be a boom gate or or ticket system?

No, however the area will be patrolled by Secure Parking and breach notices will be issued to customers who exceed the 4 hour limit.

What involvement does Secure Parking have with timed parking at Casula Mall?

Secure Parking has been employed to manage and patrol Casula Mall car park. Secure Parking will issue breach notices to people who park longer than the specified 4 hour timed parking limit, including retail employees who are not using the designated staff areas. Secure Parking will manage this process; for any queries about warning or breach notices, please contact Secure Parking Customer Service on 1800 467 241.

Is this a revenue raising venture?

Casula Mall collects no revenue from the parking fines. Our aim is to ensure our customers have access to easy and convenient parking each time they visit our centre.
