Do you have a Parents Room?

The Parents Room is located in the amenities corridor located between Baker's Delight and Green Valley Spices. It is equipped with private bathroom facilities, changing tables, a microwave and two private feeding areas for your convenience.

Do you have a lost and found?

All lost and found items are handed into the Centre Management office which is located at the end of the amenities corridor, opposite the Multifaith Room. You can also register any lost items here and we will contact you if it has been found: https://www.casulamall.com.au/centre-info/lost-property

What street is the carpark entrance located on?

Entrances are off Kurrajong Rd and Ingham Drive.

Do you have ATM facilities?

Yes, we have six ATMs located in four different locations. We have two Commonwealth Bank ATMs, an ATMx and ANZ AMTs near the Food Court, a St George ATM near Mobile Experts and a Westpac ATM opposite ALDI for your convenience.

What are your trading hours?

The centre is open 7 days a week. Refer to our trading hours page for centre opening hours or a retailer's store listing for their specific trading hours.

What is the Security contact number?

Security can be contact on 0430 783 793. Security is on-site 24 hours a day.

There is a trolley in the carpark. Who do I contact?

Trolleys are owned and managed by the major retailers. If you find a trolley, please contact the retailer directly.
