  • 1 cup butter.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoon rose water
  • ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • Apricot jam

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180°.
Step 2. In a large bowl,cream together the softened butter and sugar. Add the rose
water and beat until dissolved.
Step 3. Add the flour, one cup at a time, mix until well combined.
Step 4. Divide the dough into small balls using a spring-loaded scoop or your hands.
Makes 20-24 balls.
Step 5. Place the balls on the prepared baking tray, Use your thumb to make an indent
in the center of the cookie and add about half a teaspoon of the jam inside.
Step 6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are lightly golden.
Step 7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
