Grilled Pear, Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Crisp

INGREDIENTS

● 8 slices prosciutto

● 150g goat cheese

● 1 pear

● 1 lemon rind

● 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped

● 1 tbsp honey

● Olive oil

● Sourdough - Toasted

 

 

Method:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180° (fan forced).

Step 2. Lay prosciutto slices on tray and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp.

Step 3. Cut pear into thin wedges.

Step 4. Grill in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil till golden.

Step 5. Slightly whip goat cheese, add lemon rind and chopped thyme.

Step 6. Layer a slice of grilled pear on the toasted sourdough, a prosciutto crisp and a teaspoon of goat cheese mixture. Drizzle with honey and serve.
