Fried Halloumi with Olives

INGREDIENTS
  • Olive oil
  • 400g halloumi
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Zest from ½ lemon
  • Marinated olives, to serve
  • Sourdough slices

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Sear sliced halloumi in frying pan with olive oil over high heat until golden.
Step 2. Drizzle with honey and scatter with lemon zest.
Step 3. Season with black pepper and serve immediately with olives and sourdough bread.
