Get ready for an action packed week of creativity, learning, and hands-on fun! Our back to school themed workshops are the perfect way to keep kids entertained while sparking their curiosity for STEM and science. Best of all – it’s completely FREE!

 

Weekly schedule:

 

Monday 19 January - Combat Robots

Students will battle their own robots in a friendly and safe arena. They learn mechanics, strategy, and teamwork while testing their robot’s strength and agility.

 

Tuesday 20 January - Robot Soccer

A fun STEM challenge where students build and modify the robot for them to play a game of soccer. This workshop improves problem-solving skills while blending robotics with competitive play.

 

Wednesday 21 January - Amusement Park Engineers

Participants create moving rides and attractions using engineering concepts such as gears, pulleys, and motors. This workshop encourages creativity and introduces basic mechanical engineering principles.

 

Thursday 22 January - Junior Engineers

Designed for younger learners, this session focuses on foundation skills in building and engineering through age-appropriate Lego and robotics activities. Perfect for beginners or early primary ages.

 

Friday 23 January - Slime Workshop

A crowd-favourite hands-on science experiment where kids make their own slime while learning about chemical reactions, textures, and polymers. Safe, supervised, and always a hit with families.
