Savoury Figs peppered tart and rocket salad

INGREDIENTS
● Frozen short crust 2 sheets
● Fig mixture
● 200 gr dried figs chopped
● 50 gr sugar
● 125 ml water
● 25 ml balsamic vinegar
● Cinnamon 1 pinch
● Gloves 1 pinch
● Ricotta 175 gr
● Haloumi diced 175 gr
● 125 ml milk
● Salt 2 gr
● Kibbled pepper 1gr
● 2 eggs

Method:
Step 1. Heat up all ingredients of fig mixture until soften.
Step 2. Place the pastry sheets into a tart mould.
Step 3. Mix ricotta, haloumi, milk, eggs, salt and pepper together and
pour into the mould.
Step 4. Place the figs evenly into the tart and bake for 30 minutes at
180°
Step 5. Serve with a rocket salad
