Lamb kofta and spicy pumpkin

INGREDIENTS
● Lamb mince 500 gr
● Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch chopped
● Mint 1/2 bunch chopped
● Pine nuts toasted 30 gr
● Turmeric 1/2 tsp
● Cinnamon 1 tsp
● Lime 2 ( zest and rind)
● Egg 1
● Sultanas 40 gr
● Onion diced 1
● Garlic crushed 2 cloves
● Bread crumbs 50 gr
● Pumpkin diced 1kg
● Cumin ground 1/2 tsp
● Sesame seeds 1 tsp
● Olive oil
● Salt/Pepper
● 1 chilli

Method:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 200°.
Step 2. Mix all kofta’s ingredients together and form into medium size
meatballs.
Step 3. Mix diced pumpkins with cumin, sesame seeds, chopped chilli,
olive oil, salt & pepper. Roast the pumpkins for 15 minutes.
Step 4. Meanwhile, sear the kofta in a medium heat pan and cook for 10
minutes or until cooked through.
Step 5. Serve with the spicy pumpkins
