Cherry mojito mocktail
● Sweet cherries 1 cup
● Limes 2
● Mint ½ bunch
● Sparkling water 1 litre
● Sugar (optional) 100 gr
Method:
Step 1. Chop the cherries (keep a few for garnish), small enough to fit through a straw, squeeze the
mint with your hands to release the scent.
Step 2. Add some ice and the sparkling water (add also champagne if you want a cocktail), lime juice
and rind, and sugar.
Step 3. Stir and let infuse for a few minutes.
Step 4. Serve
