AMP Capital as managers of Casula Mall can confirm that we have voluntarily recalled a Luxe Accessories reindeer soft toy that was gifted to some of our customers during November and December 2018. A copy of the product safety recall advertisement notice can be found at www.ampcapital.com/au/product-recall. We have been advised by the supplier that this product has been certified to an international safety standard, however we have since discovered that in some circumstances, the reindeer’s nose may detach, and small parts can be a choking hazard for infants and young children. As a precaution, we have voluntarily recalled this product and consumers are asked to return the product to the concierge desk or centre management office of Casula Mall. The safety of our customers is our number one priority and we apologise for any inconvenience this recall may cause.
