Fill a bowl with 2 cups of water and pour 1/2 cup of vinegar into the water 2. Add the pasta and dye/paint and soak your pasta in there for 30 minutes 3. Dry your pasta on a baking tray for 30 minutes 4. Cut your string to size for your necklace 5. Tie a knot at one end of the string and start threading your coloured pasta through 6.
